High-Power Faraday Isolator with New Method of Compensation of Thermally Induced Depolarization

Abstract

A new compensation scheme of thermodepolarization in Faraday isolators was predicted and experimentally verified. Scheme allows creating a new Faraday isolator for high power lasers and upgrades traditional ones, increasing their isolation ratio.
