Interferometric Output Coupling of a High-Power Picosecond Ring Optical Parametric Oscillator

Abstract

We demonstrate, for the first time, successful deployment of an antiresonant ring interferometer within a ring optical resonator for absolute optimization of output power, extracting >5 W of signal from a picosecond optical parametric oscillator.
