Abstract

We present freq. tunable metamaterials using broadside-coupled SRRs. Freq. tuning, arising from changes in near field coupling, is obtained by in-plane displacement between the SRR layers. A 30μm shift results in a 663GHz freq. redshift(51% of f<sub>0</sub>).
