Towards quantum frequency conversion via non-degenerate four-wave mixing in nanophotonic waveguides

Abstract

Low-noise wavelength conversion through non-degenerate four-wave-mixing Bragg scattering in SiNx waveguides is demonstrated. Two 1550 nm pumps are used to achieve tunable conversion of a 980 nm signal over a range of 10 nm.
