Optofluidic SERS on Paper: A Lateral Flow Concentration Assay Using Inkjet Fabricated SERS-Active Substrates

Abstract

We demonstrate a low-cost analytical technique using a dipstick with lateral-flow concentration and surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy on an inkjet-printed plasmonic substrate. Lateral-flow concentration improves the detection limit by over 100X.
