Polarization-Sensitive Optical Coherence Tomography for Characterization of Size and Shape of Nano-Particles

Abstract

Polarization-sensitive optical coherence tomography is used for determining the size of nano-spheres with 143 nm and 246 nm diameter. The shape-anisotropy of randomly oriented nanoparticles is characterized by polarization-sensitive measurements.
