Abstract

Dissipative solitons from an all-fiber Thulium-doped fiber ring oscillator are generated by using optically deposited SWCNTs as the saturable absorber and high numerical aperture fiber of measured normal dispersion is introduced to produce large net normal dispersion at 1.9µm.
