Analysis of Dynamic Properties of Dispersion-Tuned Lasers

Abstract

We numerically investigate spectral changes due to sweep in dispersion-tuned lasers. We found that the sweep can be fast without spectral spread when the wavelength shifts to longer with anomalous dispersion and high modulation frequency.
