Joint digital-optical design of multi-frame imaging systems

Abstract

Typical imaging systems produce image aliasing artifacts. Superresolution algorithms process multiple aliased images to yield a single high resolution image. We design imaging systems by jointly optimizing the optics and post-processing to maximize such multi-frame imaging performance.
