Abstract

This paper investigates the design and fabrication of space varying spectral filters. Short wave IR spectral filters are fabricated using a nano-patterned multilayered structure based on a lattice constant variation. Experimental results verify a peak transmission of greater than 75% with a spectral resolution of 2 nm.
