A Computational Compound Imaging System Based on Irregular Array Optics

Abstract

A computational imaging system using compound-eye optics with irregularity can improve imaging performance especially for long distance objects. The system characteristics are analyzed and a speed-up method is implemented using a graphic processing unit.
