Fourier ptychography: a computational framework for high-resolution, high-throughput imaging

Abstract

We report the recent developments of the Fourier ptychographic computational imaging scheme. We demonstrate its applications for gigapixel microscopy, quantitative phase imaging, 3D holographic imaging, spectrum-multiplexed imaging, and super-resolution imaging.
