Abstract

The preliminary study of the performances of an all-optical de-multiplexer based on the Cross Gain Modulation in unbiased Semiconductor Optical Amplifiers is presented. The 1ps FWHM pulses extraction from a 0.1THz Return-to-Zero data-stream is shown.
