Frequency-Resolved Optical Gating on a Silicon Photonic Chip

Abstract

We implement frequency-resolved optical gating using four-wave mixing in CMOS-compatible silicon nanowaveguides and demonstrate sensitive characterization in the C-band for a 10-GHz train of 3.7-ps pulses.
