Control of Single-Photon Emission from a Two-Level Single-Molecule Source: A Quantum Trajectory Analysis

Abstract

We demonstrate using quantum jump simulation that the pulse area provides a good indicator for predicting the probability of generating single-photon on demand from a two-level single-molecule source excited by laser pulses of different shape.
