Enhancement of Entanglement Between Coupled Quantum Dots in a Cavity Driven by Modulating Field

Abstract

We show that by modulating the field driving a cavity with two coupled quantum dots in the presence of cavity and dot decays, can periodically generate much larger entanglement than the maximum steady-state value.
