Quantitative Phase Microscopy with Multi-Wavelength Unwrapping and Tomographic 3D Reconstruction

Abstract

Asynchronous digital holography has been developed for quantitative phase measurements, and will be extended to multi-wavelength phase unwrapping and 3D tomographic reconstruction. Results acquired from standard samples and also live cell samples will be presented.
