Abstract
We demonstrate the three-dimensional imaging capability of harmonic holographic microscopy by using the second harmonic generation emitted from 30-nm BaTiO3 particles. Three-dimensional distributions of the BaTiO3 nanoparticles in artificial structures and biological cells are recorded and interpreted from a single digital hologram without scanning.
