Abstract

In this paper, generation method of hologram crawl caption for hologram TV system is proposed. That is, the hologram caption is generated using pre-calculated elemental fringe pattern for each character. To confirm the feasibility of the proposed method, some experiments using crawl caption are carried out, and the results are comparatively discussed with the conventional methods.
