Abstract

Digital holography provides 3-dimensional distributions of complex amplitude whereas speckle patterns are highly contrasted everywhere. Cross-correlations of complex amplitude and intensity are derived from phase-shifting digital holography to merge holographic interferometry and speckle metrology.
