Reconfigurable Shack-Hartmann sensor without moving elements

Abstract

We demonstrate wavefront sampling with variable measurement sensitivity and dynamic range by means of a programmable microlens array implemented onto a liquid-crystal spatial light modulator and a liquid lens with electronic control of its optical power.
