Dynamic Hologram Recording on an Azo-Containing Polymer-Liquid Crystal Hybrid System

Abstract

Holograms with significantly improved diffraction efficiency are recorded on a new Azo-containing polymer-liquid crystal hybrid composite film, allowing dynamic recording and readout. Local heating can facilitate hologram erasure for re-recording.
