Quantitative Phase Imaging Flow Cytometry

Abstract

This paper introduces a fluidics based focus-stack collecting microscope. Images from the focus stacks are used to reconstruct the quantitative phase of red blood cells in flow with the Transport-of-Intensity-Equation method.
