Holographic time-resolved particle tracking using 3d-deconvolution

Abstract

When a three-dimensional particle distribution reconstructed from a hologram is deconvolved with a point-spread function, the particle positions are localized. A time series of holograms thus provides the trajectories of all individual particles.
