Ultrahigh resolution OCT (UHR OCT) with sub-3 µm resolution was performed on normal and pathologic human skin biopsies using ultrabroad-bandwidth light sources centered at 800nm. Three-dimensional UHR OCT at video rate is demonstrated in vivo.
