High-Speed Indoor Optical Wireless Communication System with a Steering Mirror Based Up-Link Receiver

Abstract

In this paper, we propose a steering mirror based up-link receiver for indoor optical wireless communication systems. Experimental results show that the up-link bit rate can be increased by >85% and the error-free (BER<10−9) beam footprint at 500Mbps can be improved by >39%.
