Effect of Rayleigh-Scattering Distributed Feedback in Multi-Wavelength and Tunable Raman Fibre Lasers

Abstract

We have demonstrated that a random distributed feedback based on the Rayleigh scattering provides very flat power-versus-wavelength characteristics both in tunable and multiwavelength ultra-long fibre lasers.
