High energy high peak power monolithic single frequency 2 μm nanosecond pulsed fiber laser system

Abstract

We report an all-fiber single frequency ~15 ns pulsed laser source at ~1918.4 nm, whose energy and peak power was boosted to >0.5 mJ and >33 kW in master oscillator-power amplifier configuration.
