Target Factor Analysis for Trace Agent Detection

Abstract

Target factor analysis (TFA) can be used to identify trace atmospheric agents by open-path Fourier transform infrared (OP/FT-IR) spectrometry under conditions of battlefield clutter provided that a high-pass filter is applied to the interferograms.
