Doppler Michelson Interferometry and Spatial Heterodyne Spectroscopy: An Approach to Stratospheric Wind Measurement

Abstract

Doppler Michelson interferometry has been combined with Spatial Heterodyne Spectroscopy as a means of measuring winds and ozone concentrations in the stratosphere. A developmental model has been built and demonstrated and retrieval approaches tested.
