Abstract

Nonparaxial beam propagation has been the subject of many studies due to its relevance in the description of optical fields which are tightly focused with applications in optical trapping and optical tweezers, or optical beams whose diameter can be of the order of a few wavelengths as could be the case in optical nanolasers.
