Abstract

A full-field optical coherence microscopy generates tomographic 3D representation of the object by combining quadrature phase-shifted interference images. Full-color rendering of the 3D object is obtained by illumination using red, green and blue LEDs. The principle is demonstrated in colored tomographic imaging of artificial as well as biological target objects.
