Dynamic Optical Imaging of Tumors Following Inhaled Contrast Agents

Abstract

We describe the use of inhaled carbon dioxide and oxygen to provide contrast for dynamic optical imaging of cancer. We find strong differential contrast for xenograft tumors in nude mice.
