Fast Scanning Fluorescence Optical Tomography for Small Animal Whole Body Biodistribution Assays

Abstract

We present a fluorescence optical tomography system for imaging the kinetics of probe distributions in small animals. Serial imaging (δt=2.2 min.) of mice provides the time dependence of probe uptake in different tissue types.
