Abstract

A Laser Diagnostic Technologies GDx Nerve Fiber Analyzer was modified to provide a complete Mueller Matrix polarization image of retinal tissue. Preliminary results demonstrate that interesting retardance, diattenuation, and depolarization features can be visualized.
