Abstract

Fabrication and characterization of an Optically-Addressed-Spatial-Light Modulator (OASLM) with spring-patterned silicon-nitride micromirrors. Combinations of high frequency AC and DC bias voltages drive the device. Frequency response up to 10MHz was measured using a Michelson interferometer.
