Infrared Optical Transmission of One-Dimensional Photonic Crystal Structures

Abstract

The single-angle plane-wave spectral response of fabricated 1-D photonic crystal structures is computed from composite transmission and reflection measurements. The measurements, formulated as a matrix problem, require regularization to solve for the individual plane-wave response.
