Abstract

Optofluidics represents intimate fusion of nanophotonics and optoelectronics with microfluidic devices. Here we will discuss the coupling of nanoscale fluid dynamics with the electromagnetic field in these devices and how it can be exploited to create unique optical and biomedical analysis devices.
