Statistics of Random Signal Intensity in the Presence of Gaussian Noise

Abstract

The intensity distribution of random signal in the presence of a Gaussian noise has been derived to retrieve the statistics of microwave pulsed transmission through disordered media from a noisy background at long delay times.
