Laser Projection Systems Design: Speckle Simulation Approaches

Abstract

The speckle patterns caused by different optical elements in laser projection systems are analyzed, methods for speckle reduction are proposed. Effects of partially coherence of light source and surface roughness of optical elements are considered.
