Stacked 3-D Metamaterials in the Optical Wavelength Range

Abstract

We manufactured vertically aligned stacked 4-layer split-ring metamaterials using a planarization technique. We measured the optical properties of these 3-D metamaterials in the near infrared. Plasmon hybridisation is used to explain the optical spectra. Article not available.
