Abstract

A segmented parabolic mirror divided in two sections, is aligned using the stitched method; proposed by several authors for testing optical surfaces. In the method employed, for the alignment, are considered the focusing, piston, and tilt terms. Experimental results are presented for a parabolic mirror with diameter of 100 mm, and radius of curvature of 596.6 mm.
