Target Detection With Partial Mueller Polarimeters

Abstract

Active laser polarimetry has been used to discriminate targets from backgrounds in remote sensing applications. We explore the optimization of partial Mueller Polarimeters that partially sample the Mueller matrix, and apply those data to discrimination.
