Standardized Quantification for Liver Fibrosis Assessment using Second Harmonic Generation Microscopy

Abstract

We have developed a standardized quantification technique for assessing the progression of liver fibrosis by combining second harmonic generation microscopy and automated quantification algorithms. We have also validated the technique using animal models.
