Quantum-noise-randomized encryption for telecommunication networks

Abstract

A method of encryption that exploits irreducible quantum noise to enhance the security of traditional encryption algorithms will be described. The method is compatible with telecommunications infrastructure and performs on-par with standard optical communication methods.
