Abstract

ZrO<sup>2</sup>thin films containing silver nanoparticles in wide molar ratio were prepared using the sol-gel methods. The films were analyzed by XRD and TEM. Optical absorption spectra were analyzed using Maxwell-Garnett and Bruggeman theory.
