Abstract

We introduced angular multiplexing in light storage via electromagnetically induced transparency in a Pr3+:Y2SiO5 crystal. Multi-channel buffer memory and addressable all-optical routing were demonstrated by selectively reading out stored pulses without cross-talk between neighboring channels.
