Study of Radiation Coupling to Cavity Modes using Dipole Feeds and Patch Antenna

Abstract

When the dipole is placed inside a sub-wavelength cavity, its radiation properties are modified significantly. We studied the fundamental physics of this problem using a novel technique of electromagnetic patch antenna model.
