Abstract

Birefringence and dichroism of plasmonic nano-antennas are investigated. We demonstrated that birefringent and dichroic behaviour of a cross-dipole nanoantenna is due to a length difference, and a relative plasmonic enhancement of the antenna particles, respectively.
