Disorder-Induced Multiple Scattering and Light Localization in Photonic Crystal Waveguides

Abstract

We describe our theory and analysis of disorder-induced multiple scattering in photonic crystal waveguides. We directly model experiments of light transmission and frequency-delay propagation maps, highlighting regimes of multiple coherent scattering and light localization.
